Delete your Collector Account

1. Open CatStamp and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open your account screen.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This removes your username, your account token, every Post you made with its images and links, your adoption records, your blocks and your push tokens. Deleted images and account data leave our live systems at once and our backup copies within 14 days. Deleting works even while an account is suspended or the Feed is paused.

What remains

• Collectors who adopted your cats keep their copies, and reports you filed are kept without your account.
• The cats in your album on your iPhone are untouched.
• Removing the app alone does not delete the Collector Account; its token can stay in your iCloud Keychain.

Deletion is in-app only

A Collector Account is anonymous, so we cannot verify by email who holds it, and we cannot honour deletion requests sent by email. If you have lost access to an account, or a Post shows you or something of yours, report the Post from its menu in the app or email balint.hajnal@activerecord.com with its link, and we will review it.

Delete the app and local data

1. Open the App Library or find CatStamp on the Home Screen.
2. Touch and hold CatStamp, then choose Remove App.
3. Choose Delete App and confirm.

Delete App removes CatStamp and its local app data from that device. This includes the catches, cutouts, and metadata stored in the app container.

What remains

• Offload App may retain the app's documents and data for a later reinstall; use Delete App when you want the local app data removed.
• Photo library originals and exports remain outside CatStamp until you remove them from Photos.
• Purchase history and subscriptions remain managed by Apple. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
